How many pets do you care for at once?
We are able to host up to three pets at a time, as we are a team of two people dedicated to giving each pet the care and attention they need.
What types of pets do you accept (e.g., dogs, cats, small animals)?
We specialize in caring for dogs and cats. While we focus exclusively on these two, we’re happy to recommend alternatives for other pets if needed.
Do you accept unspayed/neutered pets?
Yes, we do! However, it’s essential that you inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly to avoid hosting multiple unspayed or unneutered pets simultaneously, ensuring a safe and stress-free environment.

What is your policy on vaccinations?
We have two cats at home, so their safety is just as important as the pets we host. We require that all pets staying with us have their vaccinations up to date. Proof of vaccination will be requested prior to your pet’s stay.
Can you accommodate pets with separation anxiety?
Absolutely! We understand how challenging separation anxiety can be for pets. We provide a safe and calm environment, giving them the space and reassurance they need to feel comfortable.
What does a typical day look like for boarding or daycare pets?
For dogs, a typical day starts with a morning walk, followed by breakfast. After digesting their food, we spend time playing to keep them active and happy. In the afternoon, we take them for another walk or visit one of the many dog parks near us (if permitted by the owner) so they can socialize and play. The evening includes another walk and dinner to wrap up the day.
For cats, our home is a haven. We provide plenty of toys, including tunnels and scratching posts, and even play interactive cat TV games to keep them entertained. Their day includes cuddles (if they enjoy it), interactive play, clean litter boxes, fresh water, and meals served on their schedule.
How often do you take dogs out for walks/potty breaks?
We take dogs out for walks or potty breaks three to four times a day—morning, afternoon, evening and before bed. Each outing typically lasts 15–30 minutes, depending on the dog’s condition and size, as every dog is a little different. Additional potty breaks can be arranged based on your pet’s needs.
For cats, we ensure the litter box is cleaned regularly and provide plenty of attention and care throughout the day.
What kind of activities or playtime do you provide?
For dogs, we offer indoor and outdoor playtime, including games like fetch, tug-of-war, and socialization at dog parks (if allowed by the owner).
For cats, we spoil them with interactive play using feather toys, laser pointers, tunnels, and scratching posts. We also go the extra mile by playing cat TV games for mental stimulation.
Quiet time with petting or brushing is available for dogs and cats who prefer a calmer environment.
What kind of food or treats do you provide, or should I bring my own?
We ask that you bring your pet’s usual food and treats to avoid any digestive issues. However, if needed, we can provide basic treats or food
Can I bring my pet's favourite toys or bedding?
Yes, absolutely! Bringing their favorite toys, bedding, or even a blanket from home can help your pet feel more comfortable and relaxed during their stay.
