Overview
At FurFurni, every piece is carefully handcrafted and made to order. Because many of our products are personalized, most orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.
Personalized Items
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
Please double check all spelling and details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• your order number
• photos of the item
• a brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Because each item is made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Returns
If a return is approved for a non personalized item, the item must:
• be unused
• be in its original condition
• include the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
