Production Time
Each piece is handcrafted in Toronto after your order is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Standard shipping within Canada usually takes
3 to 7 business days depending on location.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every FurFurni piece.
Each item includes a 90 Day Quality Guarantee from the date of delivery.
If your item experiences a manufacturing defect during this period, we will gladly repair or replace it.
Examples of covered issues include faulty chain links, broken clasps, or defects in the engraved tag.
This guarantee covers material and craftsmanship defects only. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
The warranty covers:
- • Manufacturing defects
- • Engraving issues
- • Hardware problems such as clasps or rings
Does not cover:
- • Damage from chewing or rough play
- • Loss of the item
- • Normal wear and tear
Please note that shipping costs for warranty replacements are the responsibility of the customer.
